Der Tenuta di Biserno Insoglio del Cinghiale Toscana IGT zeigt ein sattes Rubinrot im Glas, im Bouquet eröffnet sich eine zarte Holznote, die daraus resultiert, dass ca. 45% des Weins für 8 Monate im Barrique lagerten. Frischer Duft nach Kirschen, dichter kerniger Geschmack von guter Struktur und Länge. Die Tannine noch kräftig, aber keinesfalls aggressiv. Ein herrlicher Wein aus Antinoris Edelschmiede Tenuta di Biserno. Der Insoglio des Cinghiale ist wunderbar ausgewogen, rund und verführerisch.

"The 2021 Insoglio Del Cinghiale is fabulous. That's pretty much all there is to it. Rich, boisterous and super-expressive, the 2021 captures all of the natural radiance of this warm, dry year in its soft curves and voluptuous personality. Succulent red cherry, raspberry jam, mocha, spice and leather all build as the 2021 shows off its alluring personality. Although perhaps not the last word on complexity, the 2017 is flat-out delicious and so easy to drink. Another few years in bottle will favor the development of more nuance, but the 2021 is virtually impossible to resist now."
